Switch Car Rental is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team in Exeter. Working in the Marketing team, you will assist in executing a wide range of marketing activities aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will be organised, enthusiastic, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support content creation for various marketing platforms, including website updates, email marketing, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities.
- Assist in filming video content for social media platforms (Plus, if you love the spotlight, there's an optional opportunity to step in front of the camera too!)
- Maintain the content diary for our brand ambassadors, offering creative ideas for them to generate engaging content.
- Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to create marketing materials.
- Support event organisation, with occasional travel required to assist at promotional events.
- Perform general administrative duties as required to support the marketing team.
Required Skills and Experience:
- No prior marketing experience is needed - this role is designed for learning, growth, and hands-on experience!
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok).
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
