We are looking for a professional, outgoing and motivated individual to work as a Fleet Maintenance Advisor in our Head Office based in Exeter. You will be part of a small friendly team that is striving to offer the highest levels of support to the business. The role comprises responsibilities for monitoring the effective repair of our vehicle assets and requires high levels of administrative accuracy.

About you
- Hardworking individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to show great attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Basic knowledge on Microsoft products like Word, Excel and Outlook
- Preferred Technical knowledge of motor vehicles
How will your days look?
- Liaising with suppliers, authorising repairs and ensuring vehicles are repaired to agreed timescales.
- Liaising with branches with regard to all aspects of vehicle maintenance
- Monitoring upcoming maintenance requirements
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with suppliers and Switch locations
- Be willing to undertake and perform any other duties as maybe reasonably required of them by their line manager or supervisor
- Complying with Company policies at all times
This role is a 37.5 hour per week contract, working Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Flexible start times are dependent on the team's requirements.
