We have a wonderful training opportunity for 23 Trainee Vehicle Desktop Estimators, with no previous experience required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to start or develop a career within the automotive estimating and repair industry.

As a Trainee Vehicle Desktop Estimator, you will learn how to assess accident-damaged vehicles remotely and produce accurate, compliant repair estimates using the Audatex estimating system. You will be trained to interpret digital images, damage reports, repair methods, and parts information in line with manufacturer guidelines and industry best practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn to create accurate and compliant vehicle repair estimates using the Audatex estimating system
  • Review digital images, reports, damage notes, and customer information to assess vehicle damage remotely
  • Support the identification of appropriate repair methods, parts requirements, labour operations, and paint processes
  • Develop an understanding of manufacturer repair methods, Thatcham research data, and industry best practice
  • Work in a methodical and organised way to meet quality standards and deadlines
