Switch Car Rental are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator in our Fleet Department based at our Exeter Head Office. Your role as a Purchasing Administrator is to liaise with suppliers to ensure new vehicle product delivered to rental locations.

The key responsibilities include:
- Daily liaison with multiple vehicle suppliers via phone, mail and bespoke systems
- Liaison with internal customers and staff on vehicle arrivals
- Ensure accurate timely supply of all agreed new vehicle product
- Report any delays from plan
- Achievement of all relevant KPIs
- Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets

Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required:
- No previous experience necessary, although previous administration experience preferable
- Basic MS knowledge preferable
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
