Entry level role. Fantastic opportunity to join Exeter Head Office team supporting managers nationally. The role ensures that all existing HR policies and procedures are consistently in line with the current legislation. You will be required to build positive and professional relationships at all levels.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a first point of contact for managers or employees seeking guidance.
  • Provide operational advice across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Support managers with documentation and process guidance for employee relations casework.
  • Policy and compliance oversight.
  • Oversee effective use of HR systems.
  • Ensure accurate employee records are maintained.
  • Continued professional awareness.

Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required:

  • A Level three CIPD qualification or willingness to study is highly desirable.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Confident and articulate verbal communicator with all levels of managers and employees.
  • Ability to compose accurate, clear and concise written communications via letter and email.
  • Able to work under pressure (deadlines and workload).
