Role Overview:
As a Service Delivery Agent, you will ensure all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and inspected throughout the workday. You will conduct thorough inspections, identifying any pre- and post-rental damage, following Switch's management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and collect vehicles from various locations
- Identify and record vehicle damage using appropriate documentation/systems per Switch's damage management procedure
- Perform comprehensive vehicle safety checks before delivery and at quality inspection stages
- Accurately and clearly complete fuel sheets
- Debowse vehicles as instructed, adhering to safety guidelines
- Clean vehicles thoroughly to meet company standards and customer requirements
- Undertake security checks and verify rental documentation as required
- Complete any necessary paperwork
- Comply with all Switch vehicle procedures
- Communicate accurately and appropriately, both verbally and in writing
- Drive carefully and considerately
- Dress according to company uniform standards, maintaining a clean and smart appearance
- Act as an ambassador of the company, promoting company interests at all times

- Driving Skills: Holds a full manual driving license for a minimum of 12 months. Demonstrates careful and considerate driving behaviour, ensuring the safety of passengers, vehicles and other road users
