Location: Exeter
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours Mon-Fri (Overtime as required)
Salary: £24,865.53 per annum

The Role:
As a Distribution Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to establish strong liaisons with both internal and external suppliers to meet our daily vehicle logistics requirements
Responsibilities:
- Liaison with internal and external suppliers to provide vehicle logistics
- Daily liaison with multiple suppliers via phone, e-mail and bespoke systems
- Ensure delivery SLAs are met
- Report any delays and SLA failures xgikmsk
- Achievement of all relevant KPIs
- Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets.
The candidate:
- Previous customer service experience desirable
- Happy to work independently, as well as in a team in fast pace environment
- Excellent communication skills
