As a Roving Support Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and profitable functioning of the branches, coordinating operations by working in several physical locations within a regional area while delivering exceptional customer service.

Hours: Full Time 40 hours Mon-Fri + Saturday on rotation

Ideally, you will have previous management experience in the service industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential. You must hold a full valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months, with no more than 9 points on your DVLA check.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and converting sales opportunities, motivating the team in upselling of incremental products
  • Identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, conducting market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry
  • Working within Service Level Agreements and driving performance improvement ensuring the branch meets all its KPI objectives
  • Ensuring the security of the branch and its assets, reporting any risks or security events to the Security Manager as soon as possible
  • Managing your time proactively to ensure branch performance is on target
