Key Accountabilities:Responsibility for digital service provision across all sites in their portfolioDay to Day Management of BMS Service Engineers and Service Partners (approx. 15-20 persons)Managing specialist subcontractorsRegular contract reviews with customers and senior clients, upselling services where possibleExcellent commercial acumen, understanding of KPIs & strong history of successfully delivery contractsTechnical, Finance, Commercial understanding and awarenessOperational delivery of contract KPI's - meeting SLAsManagement of statutory, legal, safety and contract compliance standardsStakeholder engagement and liaising with PMOP&L responsibility between £1m - £3mTravelling to all sites in the portfolio to undertake service reviews, safety visits and meet teams.This is a Hybrid role Looking for anyone located from the Midlands up to the North WestYou must have a BMS background either Trend Tridium Distech Siemens control systems
