Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex data sets, including managing feeds, utilising APIs and scripting.
- Identify, design and implement improvements.
- Redesign the data platform infrastructure, automate manual processes and optimise delivery.
- Build infrastructure to optimally extract, transform and load data from various sources.
- Build analytical tools to create actionable business insights to optimise business performance and efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Snowflake and AWS.
- Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking or Financial Services is advantageous.
- Confident engaging with business users and translating commercial needs into technical solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline from a Russell Group university preferred.
