Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of complex data sets, including managing feeds, utilising APIs and scripting.
  • Identify, design and implement improvements.
  • Redesign the data platform infrastructure, automate manual processes and optimise delivery.
  • Build infrastructure to optimally extract, transform and load data from various sources.
  • Build analytical tools to create actionable business insights to optimise business performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering.
  • Strong technical skills in Python, SQL, Snowflake and AWS.
  • Experience within Private Equity, Investment Banking or Financial Services is advantageous.
  • Confident engaging with business users and translating commercial needs into technical solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline from a Russell Group university preferred.
