With offices in London and New York, the company is a small but growing team (currently 8-10 people) seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to develop low-latency systems that power its trading operations. Completely greenfield, building from scratch.

Your Role:

As a Software Engineer – Trading Systems , you’ll design, build, and optimise backend systems that ensure high-speed, low-latency trading performance. Your work will focus on trading connectivity, order execution, and position management , with direct exposure to crypto markets.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and maintain low-latency backend systems for trading operations.
• Optimize performance and reliability of our trading infrastructure.
• Work with crypto exchange APIs for seamless trade execution.
• Identify and debug complex system integration issues efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong background in low-latency backend development .
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience working with crypto exchange APIs .
• Passion for high-performance, scalable systems.
• Experience with C++, Rust, Go in a trading environment.
• Background in market-making, HFT, or algo trading .
• Understanding of distributed systems and concurrency .
