This is a hands-on architecture role, focused on designing and evolving secure, scalable identity and access solutions across a modern Azure-based platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping how identity supports user experience, security, and compliance across the business.

- Design and implement secure authentication and authorisation models (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, B2B/B2C)
- Define and optimise Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management
- Lead on federation and external identity integration (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)

- Produce high-quality architecture artefacts and standards to support governance and scalability
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience designing enterprise identity architectures in Azure

- Proven track record delivering IAM solutions at scale (SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC)
- Understanding of identity governance and lifecycle management (JML processes)
- Background in .NET / Azure application architecture
Why Join
- Work on a platform with real-world impact on patient care
- Take ownership of a core identity capability in a modern cloud environment
