We're working with a fast-growing technology company seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day support across a modern and highly technical environment.

This hands-on role will see you supporting hardware, software, identity, and SaaS platforms, managing the full user lifecycle, maintaining workplace technology, and partnering with the wider IT team to improve processes and drive automation where possible.

IT Support Specialist requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or EUC environments
  • Strong MacOS, Windows, and iOS support experience
  • Experience with onboarding/offboarding, device management, and user administration
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and MDM tools such as Intune or Jamf
  • Experience using Jira Service Management or similar ticketing platforms
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
  • Proactive approach with a focus on continuous improvement and user experience
