Role: IT Support Operations Engineer
Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

You’ll be the go-to expert for:
- Day-to-day IT support (primarily Mac)
- Hardware lifecycle management (procurement, setup, logistics)
- Jamf and Okta management across our systems
- Onboarding, AV, and hybrid office tech coordination

- 3–5+ years in IT support or TechOps
- Familiarity with Jamf and Okta
