💻 Role: IT Support Operations Engineer

🌍 Location: Central London (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

You’ll be the go-to expert for:

• Day‑to‑day IT support (primarily Mac)
• Hardware lifecycle management (procurement, setup, logistics)
• Jamf and Okta management across our systems
• Onboarding, AV, and hybrid office tech coordination

What you’ll need:

• 3–5+ years in IT support or TechOps
• Familiarity with Jamf and Okta
• Organized, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset
