The environment is geared towards people who enjoy tackling complex challenges, working closely with end users, and taking ownership from day one. Most of the work is greenfield, with separate divisions in financial services and defence-related projects, and will be creating insurance and energy divisions in the near future.

- Evaluate data quality to ensure consistency, completeness, and accuracy across all platforms
- Develop and maintain data dictionaries and other documentation
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and Technology teams to implement and enhance data systems and processes
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in data content and tooling
Data Analyst requirements:
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment management industry concepts across asset classes
- Demonstrable interest in financial data and a desire to understand how data is used in investment management

- Adept in data analysis, visualisation tools, and techniques such as exploratory data analysis
- Detail‑oriented mindset with a desire to go beyond superficial explanations
- Clear communicator who can translate technical concepts for a non‑technical audience
- Excellence in execution: cuts through complexity to deliver efficient solutions under tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a multi‑functional team, balancing individual ownership with collective delivery
- Intellectually curious, questions assumptions and seeks root causes behind data patterns
