Does joining a newly founded SRE team focused on improving performance and scalability of a globally used platform sound interesting? Working with a scaling business offering highly critical software to public sector clients globally?

SwitchTT are partnered with a B2B PaaS scale up who, after recent acquisitions, are rebuilding a number of legacy systems servicing the public sector from the ground up, as well as building new products and expanding into new markets.

This Senior Site Reliability Engineer role will join a newly founded SRE team focused on improving performance, reliability, scalability and operability of production systems at scale.

Senior Site Reliability Engineer requirements:

  • Ability to understand, diagnose and fix production code in PHP/Java or .Net.
  • Previously degraded legacy systems and driven operational excellence.
  • You've established SLO's with product teams and defined SLI.
  • Strong background in observability, monitoring, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar).
  • Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure), Kubernetes, and working with Infrastructure as Code.
