Key Responsibilities

• Contributing to the end-to-end rebuild and re-architecture of a mission-critical product
• Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality features quickly and safely
• Working with and modernising complex legacy systems and migrating customers to a new cloud SaaS environment
• Participating in technical decision-making and helping define future architectural direction
• Mentoring and upskilling engineers, raising technical standards, and driving positive culture change
