Join a fast-growing SaaS company is seeking a TechOps / IT Support Engineer to take ownership of internal IT operations and ensure a seamless tech experience for employees. You’ll be a key player in day-to-day support, device lifecycle management, and the smooth onboarding of new team members, helping the business scale with efficiency and confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- First-line support for macOS and general IT issues
- Support onboarding and access via Okta
- Use Jamf to manage and secure Mac environments
