Job Description
Our client is a highly reputable provider of financial advisory services to a range of private client and corporate organisations. Due to sustained growth, they are currently seeking a competent IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Providing administration and planning support to Financial Planners and a professional service to new and existing clients
- Undertake client valuations and preparing documentation ahead of client reviews
- Liaising with insurers / providers for new business quotations and updating software accordingly
- Ensuring all client records are kept up to stand and all relevant checks etc are completed
Experience required:
- Candidates need to have experience of working within wealth management / financial services administration and ideally hold some professional qualifications, although this is not essential.
- You will have a good knowledge of pensions, investments, protection etc
- Good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ideally you will have experience of working with systems such as Intelligent Office (IO)
