We are pleased to be working with a rapidly growing asset ownership and e-commerce business in London specialising in luxury assets who, owing to the next phase of their expansion, are currently seeking a Post Sales Administrator to join the busy and successful team.
Candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Project managing various projects
- Managing the process of invoicing and receiving payments
- Handling logistical aspects
- Ensuring all trades are correctly inputted and data correct on CRM
- Balancing sheets
You will ideally come from a fast paced administration background and be able to work in a multi-changing environment. Experience in financial services, recruitment, luxury goods or tangible asset investment such as art or alcohol would be advantageous.
