We are pleased to be working with an expanding IT and telecom system consultancy seeking a technically capable IT Support Engineer to join their small but growing team providing remote and onsite support to customers and assisting with the management of network and infrastructure environments.
Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line support to customers.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues.
Configure and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Administer Microsoft 365 user accounts and services.
Assist with firewall administration and network security.
Monitor customer systems and proactively resolve issues.
Experience: Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an IT support role.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
Experience of configuring and troubleshooting Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach.
Desirable skills would include experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune device management, Windows Server administration and Hyper-V or VMware.
