We are pleased to be working with a rapidly growing asset ownership and e-commerce business in London specialising in luxury assets who, owing to the next phase of their expansion, are currently seeking a Post Sales Administrator to join the busy and successful team.
Candidates will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Project managing various projects
- Managing the process of invoicing and receiving payments
- Handling logistical aspects
- Ensuring all trades are correctly inputted and data correct on CRM
- Balancing sheets
You will ideally come from a fast paced administration background and be able to work in a multi-changing environment. Experience in financial services, recruitment, luxury goods or tangible asset investment such as art or alcohol would be advantageous. Strong organisation skills and an exceptional attention to detail are imperative.
