We are pleased to be supporting a leading, globally recognised insurance company seeking to recruit an Operations Associate into their client and broker relationship team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain governance records, meeting notes, action logs and other supporting documentation.
- Create, reviews and track Terms of Business Agreements ensuring actions are visible and followed up.
- Support activity across client management, underwriting, multinational servicing, claims, legal, compliance, marketing and other stakeholders as required.
- Support diary coordination, agenda and meeting preparation as well as coordinating client, broker and other events.
Experience:
- Candidates need to have previous insurance experience focussed on operations, project coordination, governance or a similar operations support function.
- Experience of supporting agreements / Terms of Business or other commercial documentation within an insurance setting is essential.
- Demonstrable experience of preparing presentations, meeting packs, leadership documentation etc
