We are pleased to be recruiting on behalf a leading and successful financial services client seeking to recruit an HR Advisor on an initial contract basis.
Candidates will be responsible for working as part of a small, but expanding HR team within this fast growing business reporting into the HR Director.
Responsibilities: Delivering HR advice and a proactive administrative support relating to a variety of HR related queries to the business.
You will support on all ER matters including performance, absence, disciplinary etc Support the HRD with a range of project based work around areas including restructures, benchmarking, acquisitions etc.
Experience: Our client is seeking someone who is ideally part or fully CIPD qualified Someone who is able to work pro-actively and with a high attention to detail and who has strong communication skills.
Demonstrable experience of working in an HR advisory role, or within an HR Admin capacity but confident in taking on additional responsibility is essential Someone who is flexible, understands the importance of confidentiality and who has advanced interpersonal skills.
