We are pleased to be representing a leading professional services business with an expanding financial planning and employee benefits arm who are seeking to recruit an experienced Group Risk Consultant / Employee Benefits Consultant to service and manage an existing portfolio of clients providing client services in relation to Group Risk and Protection products including Group Life, DIS, PHI, and critical illness.
Candidates will be responsible for maintaining long term client relationships through quality of advice and service. You will be responsible for negotiating terms and provision of services across a range of risk related benefits. Candidates will present to clients on relevant matters and identify additional business opportunities for services across the group. You will oversee the production of all reports, documents and communication with the clients.
Experience:
- Candidates need to come from an insurance / healthcare / employee benefits background with exposure to either Healthcare (PMI) or Group Risk schemes.
- You will have the ability to present to clients and the ability to articulate and communicate with clients at all levels either by phone or face to face.
