We are pleased to be working on behalf of a global specialist insurance provider, who require a Senior Claims Adjuster / Senior Claims Assessor to join their growing multinational and international property and construction team.
Responsibilities
- Assessing and managing a caseload of complex international property and construction claims through the process.
- Carrying out a proactive assessment, confirming coverage and evaluating investigative material to resolve claims in a timely manner.
- Appointing loss adjusters, lawyers and other experts to ensure the interests of the company are protected.
- Supervising and supporting more junior members of the team.
Experience
- Proven and demonstrable experience managing a caseload of large and/or complex property or construction claims.
- Knowledge of international programmes including Europe, Asia and the US.
- Excellent team and communication skills, confident in dealing with a range of intermediaries and clients, and capable of conducting multi-party negotiations.
- Professional qualifications are ideal, although not essential.
