Client Partner, Switch Recruitment Services Ltd

Our client, an independent firm of actuaries and employee benefit consultants, is currently looking for an experienced Pensions Consultant to help support managing relationships with a portfolio of clients, focusing on DB pensions consulting.

The candidate will provide consulting services related to designing and implementing innovative funding, investment, and contribution strategies for pension schemes. Responsibilities include attending governance/trustee meetings and supporting new business tenders. This role also involves supervising junior consultants.

Applicants should have previous Pensions experience in consultancy or administration and possess good commercial awareness. Ideally, candidates will have experience with both DB (defined benefit) and DC (defined contribution) schemes, though specialization in one is acceptable. Our client seeks someone personable, aspirational, and client-focused.
