We are pleased to be working with an award winning SIPP provider and broader wealth management business who are seeking to further expand their business with the addition of a new team owing to further growth. As a result, our client requires a Team Manager / Team Leader to supervise and oversee a team of SIPP / SSAS Pension Administrators who in turn provide a comprehensive administration service to a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS clients.

Responsibilities:

  • You will support the team responsible for managing the full administration process of a portfolio of SIPP and SSAS clients from inception.
  • You will allocate work to the team and ensure all work is processed in a timely fashion.
  • Be the main contact for clients, advisers and third parties whilst working closely with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes.
  • Support and mentor your team and identify training needs and guidance whilst acting as a point of escalation where needed.
  • Carry out quarterly reviews and other relevant reviews with each team member.

Experience:

  • Candidates will ideally have experience in administering a range of SIPP or SSAS schemes either within a provider or from within an IFA environment.
  • You will have strong leadership, supervision and training skills.
  • Candidates need to be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail.
  • You will have good communication skills and be able to bring the best out in members of your team.
