We are pleased to be working with a leading professional services and chartered financial planning firm which, due to continued expansion, currently require a competent Group Risk Administrator / Employee Benefits Administrator to join their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Providing administration and planning support to Corporate Employee Benefits Consultants and a professional service to new and existing clients across a range of Group Risk and Healthcare / PMI schemes.
- Prepare and issue policy documentation, manage renewals and market appraisals and ensure quality standards are met.
- Liaising with insurers / providers for new business quotations and updating software accordingly
- Ensuring all client records are kept up to stand and all relevant checks etc are completed
Experience
- Candidates need to have demonstrable experience of working within employee benefits, group risk and / or healthcare / PMI administration
- Candidates need to have experience of group life, group IP, PMI, group critical illness, health cash plans etc..
- Excellent attention to detail as well as strong record keeping and data management skills.
- You will also be able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and have the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Qualifications such as GR1 or IF7 are preferred, albeit our client will provide full support to achieve these.
In return, candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary, bonus and benefits including generous annual leave, PMI, enhanced pension etc.
