We are pleased to be supporting an exciting and expanding wealth management and broader financial services organisation with the recruitment of a critical role to aid the next phase of their growth. Owing to this growth, primarily lead through strategic acquisitions, our client is seeking an Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the operational function whilst supporting the sales and consulting function within their wealth management proposition.
Working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO, as well as project based teams you will be responsible for:
- Leadership of operations across the wealth management business.
- Leading and supporting integration for M&A based activity and various projects relating to this.
- Stakeholder engagement alongside senior management and operational team, including transition and improvement.
- Supporting with ad hoc projects including improvement, training etc.
Experience:
- Candidates need to have proven experience in operational integration and migration within a financial services business, ideally with wealth management specific exposure.
- Experience of managing a multitude of operational projects across process, integration, systems proficiency, improvement, change management etc.
- Demonstrable stakeholder management experience.
- Ideally candidates will hold professional qualifications such as Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning.
