Our client, a well established and rapidly expanding employee benefits consultancy, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Associate Employee Benefits Consultant into their team.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships with insurers and contacts within clients whilst also supporting more experienced consultants on larger clients to develop and expand your experience and knowledge. You will support in some areas of administrative work for clients but also seek to delegate this to the broader team.

Candidates need to come from an employee benefits background and have experience in administering Group Healthcare or Group Risk schemes including GPP’s, Group Private Medical insurance, Group Risk and flexible benefit schemes. Candidates will ideally hold professional qualifications although this is not essential. Client facing experience is preferred and ideally experience of dealing with a range of SME and Corporate clients.
