This role will lead the Parts division for our Aftermarket division and work cross functionally with our service team to promote retail opportunities. This role will be responsible for all activities related to Parts Supply and customer care. Ensuring best-in-class performance in our parts business. This role ensures exceptional service delivery maximises customer satisfaction and drives revenue growth byenhancing our customer service and parts offerings. Maintaining our core KPIs across the function. A strategic growth plan for the year is to be generated in line with the MBP with all key stakeholders responsible for the delivery and adherence to the KPIs set.
