As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of campaign delivery across multiple client accounts. This is an execution-focused role where strategy and direction are set by the Founder. Your responsibility is to ensure campaigns are built, launched and managed properly.

The Role

You will be responsible for the delivery and management of marketing campaigns across multiple clients. You will take campaign plans and turn them into live, working campaigns by coordinating assets, managing timelines and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role suits someone organised, practical and confident working across multiple platforms in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Delivery & Execution
    • Build and manage campaigns across:
    • LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads
    • Email and nurture sequences
    • Landing pages and lead capture flows
    • Ensure campaigns are launched accurately, on time and in line with agreed direction.
  • Funnel & Asset Coordination
    • Coordinate all campaign components:
    • Landing pages (lead gen, insight pages, HCLPs)
    • Ad creative and copy
    • Lead magnets and downloadable assets
    • Email sequences and automation
    • Work with designers, developers and content specialists to ensure assets are delivered correctly.
  • Campaign Management & Optimisation
    • Maintain and improve live campaigns:
    • Monitor performance across platforms
    • Implement agreed test variations
    • Identify and flag optimisation opportunities
    • Maintain campaign structure and organisation
  • Project & Client Coordination
    • Keep campaigns moving:
    • Manage timelines and deadlines within project tools
    • Ensure stakeholders are aligned ahead of launches
    • Support client communication where required
    • Flag risks or delays early
  • Tracking & Reporting Support
    • Support consistent campaign tracking:
    • Apply UTMs across campaigns
    • Work with GA4 and GTM setups
    • Check conversion tracking and events
    • Support reporting preparation and data accuracy

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • 3–7 years’ experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
  • Experience managing campaigns across paid media, content and email
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Experience coordinating landing pages and campaign assets
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Confident written and spoken UK English

Desirable

  • Agency-side experience
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM
  • Basic understanding of GA4 and tracking
  • Experience in B2B or SaaS marketing

What We’re Looking For

  • Practical and delivery-focused
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
  • Proactive and organised
  • Confident coordinating across teams
  • Interested in how marketing drives leads and pipeline

What Success Looks Like

  • Campaigns are delivered accurately and on time
  • Multiple client campaigns run smoothly without constant input
  • Assets are coordinated effectively across teams
  • Tracking and reporting are consistent
  • Delivery pressure is removed from senior team members

Working Structure

  • Salary: £35,000–£45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Reporting to: Founder
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm
  • Split between West Midlands office and home working
  • Opportunity to grow into a more senior role as the agency expands

To Apply

Send your CV plus a covering letter that includes:

  • why you’re a good fit for this role
