Switch Jam is a B2B marketing agency working with SaaS, software, and specialist B2B companies. We are looking for a Revenue & Growth Operations Lead to own the systems, workflows, and operational execution that turn agreed strategy and content into live, joined-up revenue activity. This role supports both Switch Jam’s own growth activity and client-side outbound and nurture workflows. You will work closely with the founder and the Campaign & Content Manager to ensure approved campaign content is implemented correctly, tracked accurately, and coordinated across channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Pipeline Operations
- Build, maintain, and expand ICP-aligned prospect lists
- Qualify, segment, and enrich contacts in the CRM
- Run and maintain outbound activity across:
- Cold email (e.g. Instantly etc)
- LinkedIn outreach and automation tools
- Ensure outbound activity runs consistently and does not stall
- Implement agreed client and in-house growth strategies across:
- Instantly cold outreach including ActiveCampaign nurture sequences
- CRM segmentation and tagging
- You should have experience working with automation and workflow tools, such as:
- Make.com, Zapier, or similar automation platforms
- ActiveCampaign or comparable marketing automation tools
- Cold email platforms (e.g. Instantly or equivalents)
- CRM systems (internal and client-side)
- Own UTM structure, naming conventions, and correct application across campaigns
- Ensure links, tracking parameters, and redirects are implemented correctly
- Confirm campaigns are set up correctly across systems before launch
- Coordinate with GTM / GA4 specialists by:
- Passing clear implementation requirements
- Checking changes have been applied as expected
- Flagging tracking or attribution issues early so they can be resolved before scale
- Test automations, triggers, and integrations in a safe and controlled way
- Ensure testing does not:
- Trigger excessive sends
- Damage domain reputation
- Break deliverability best practices
- Own operational follow-up for growth activity
- Ensure meetings are supported with:
- Clean CRM records
- Accurate funnel and campaign status
- Inputs required for competitor or growth audits
- Track and report on:
- Outbound activity levels
- List growth and data quality
- Engagement, replies, and meetings booked
- Highlight where activity drops or processes fail
