We now have an exciting opportunity for a Night Manager to join our Front Desk Department. As a Night Manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:
- Ensure the Night Team consistently delivers high-quality service aligned with The Queens Hotel and Spa standards, exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure rotas are planned, rota for 2 weeks in advance ready for accounts approval.
- Prepare the hotel for the following day's operations, including public areas, bedrooms, and event spaces.
- Access, update, and maintain guest profiles in The Queens Hotel and Spa database.
- Make and manage reservations accurately using the hotel booking system; ensure timely updates to avoid service or occupancy issues.
- Care for all equipment and facilities, reporting and resolving issues as needed.
- Oversee the Night Team, ensuring proper staffing and handling guest complaints or complex requests.
- Adhere to and enforce all Park Regis policies regarding Data Protection and Personal Identifiable Information; ensure Night Team is trained and compliant.
- Follow and apply all Night Shift and Front Office Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in ensuring payroll is in line with budget.
- Be fully aware of rates and room sales in line with budget.
