As a Spa Therapist, you'll master versatility whilst delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring satisfaction, repeat visits, and high spa occupancy
  • Provide detailed information on spa packages, promotions, and products to drive sales and meet performance targets
  • Conduct guest consultations to understand needs, recommend suitable treatments, and advise on contraindications
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including ingredients and potential allergens
  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, clean, and sanitised before and after each service
  • Follow correct towel usage, laundry, and waste disposal procedures
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the Spa Manager of low supplies
  • Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and security of all spa areas and equipment
  • Be available to work weekends when required
