What You’ll Be Doing

As a Senior Spa Therapist, you’ll combine exceptional treatment expertise with leadership, professionalism, and a passion for guest wellbeing. Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional spa treatments and outstanding guest service, ensuring satisfaction and repeat visits
• Lead by example in creating a calm, luxurious, and welcoming spa experience
• Conduct detailed guest consultations and recommend personalised treatment plans
• Promote spa packages, retail products, and promotions to support revenue growth
• Maintain expert product knowledge, including ingredients, benefits, and allergens
• Support and mentor junior therapists, helping maintain high treatment and service standards
• Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked, impeccably clean, and sanitised at all times
• Follow all procedures relating to towel usage, laundry, hygiene, and waste disposal
• Monitor stock levels and communicate supply requirements to the Spa Manager
• Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and security of all spa facilities and equipment
• Support the Spa & Leisure Manager with day-to-day operational excellence

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced spa professional who brings both technical excellence and leadership qualities. You will ideally have:

• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, with senior-level experience preferred
• Recognised beauty/spa therapy qualifications
• Strong treatment knowledge across face and body therapies
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• A proactive, positive, and professional attitude
• Confidence in retail and treatment recommendations
• The ability to support, motivate, and guide team members
