We now have an exciting opportunity for a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join our F&B Department.

As a Assistant Food and Beverage Manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties expected within the role are:

  • Managing Breakfast, dinner, lunch room service and afternoon tea to the highest standards expected by the clients
  • Overseeing the C&E operation to the highest standards expected by the clients
  • To liaise with the F&B Manager, setting departmental targets, work schedules, budgets and policies & procedures
  • Assist F&B Manager in exploring and taking initiatives to enhance the guest experience and generate additional revenue
  • Assisting F&B Manager in Rota and HOD Tracker
  • Attending all the Training and Development sessions.
  • Maintain Health & Safety at the workplace for the clients, vendors as well staff.
  • Supporting Food and Beverage Manager in liquor order, stock control and cleanliness of level4 to the highest standards.
  • Conducting staff meeting and attending BEO Meeting.
  • Performing Duty Manager shifts as and when required
  • To Ensure staff is recruited and trained to the as per hotel standard.
  • To Keep track and order the liquor stock as per requirement in absence of Food and Beverage Manager
  • Working together with Food and Beverage Manager and generating implementing new idea for generating revenue.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to resolve the guest dissatisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Assisting bar and dinner service during the corporate events
  • Assisting food and Beverage manager in drafting forecast and budget tracker.
  • Assist marketing department for any promotional activities
