We now have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Supervisor to join our Department for.
As a Breakfast Supervisor you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.
The main duties expected within the role are
- To maximise on the Breakfast revenue within the hotel.
- To train on and serve food and drink to guests in line with the company SOP manual standards and within food hygiene regulations.
- To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the restaurant, ensuring that The Queens Hotel and Spa etiquette standards are used when greeting and seating guests.
- Set tables according to event or service type, ensuring that The Queens Hotel and Spa standards are met.
- To clear tables within the allocated time given causing minimal disruptions to present guests using the restaurant facilities.
- To serve food courses and beverages to guests following the The Queens Hotel and Spa etiquette standards.
- To regularly communicate with the Kitchen team in regards to product availability, the length of wait, recook orders and menu questions.
- To inform the Kitchen team of any guest dietary requirements and allergies or any other special menu requests.
- To be knowledgeable of chef specials and a brief understanding of all dishes on the menu in order to provide recommendations and ingredients advice.
- Strict adherence to hygienic food and beverage handling procedures.
