We now have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Bartender - to join our Department.
As a Casual Bartender you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.
The main duties expected within the role are
- To be welcoming and approachable to all guests visiting the bar, ensuring that The Queens Hotel and Spa etiquette standards are used when greeting and serving guests.
- Prepare both classic cocktails and signature hotel drinks accurately, following standardised recipes, proper measurements, and attractive presentation standards ensuring that The Queens Hotel and Spa standards are met.
- Monitor and maintain inventory, restock liquor bottles, kegs, garnishes, and glassware, and ensure equipment functions properly
- To clear tables within the allocated time given causing minimal disruptions to present guests using the bar facilities.
- Maintain a clean, sanitised, and organised bar and lounge area.
- Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol-licensing regulations
