What you'll be doing: As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll lead by example while coaching your team to deliver exceptional standards.
- Oversee all bedrooms, suites and public areas to ensure everything meets guest satisfaction standards.
- Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve employee performance.
