What you'll be doing
As an Events Co-ordinator, you will master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties:
- Take a proactive sales approach and adapt solutions to meet client needs and expectations
- Handle all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Act as main point of contact for all prospective clients with excellent communication skills
- Create well-presented and customised M&E proposals in line with brand policies
- Identify sales leads and forward to the Sales Team
- Assist with training and development of new team members
- Record all enquiries accurately and maintain client file updates
- Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency workers
- Conduct show rounds to guests and potential new clients
- Ensure bookings exceed guest expectations whilst staying within budget
- Assist in the management of business bookings
