What you'll be doing

As an Events Co-ordinator, you will master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties:

  • Take a proactive sales approach and adapt solutions to meet client needs and expectations
  • Handle all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Act as main point of contact for all prospective clients with excellent communication skills
  • Create well-presented and customised M&E proposals in line with brand policies
  • Identify sales leads and forward to the Sales Team
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
  • Record all enquiries accurately and maintain client file updates
  • Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency workers
  • Conduct show rounds to guests and potential new clients
  • Ensure bookings exceed guest expectations whilst staying within budget
  • Assist in the management of business bookings
