  • What you'll be doing

As a Central Reservation Co-ordinator, you will master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.

  • Take a proactive sales approach and adapt sales solutions to meet client needs and expectations
  • Handle all M&E calls, face-to-face meetings and email enquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Ensure all reservations are accepted, recorded and confirmed accurately in accordance to the company's policy and legal standards
  • Use reservations system to retrieve, update and input room reservations
  • Act as main point of contact for all prospective clients with excellent communication skills
  • Identify customer needs and create well-presented, customised M&E proposals
  • Identify sales leads and forward to the Sales Team
  • Assist with training and development of new team members
  • Maintain current and past client records and communicate changes as necessary
  • Develop relationships with local clients, direct bookers and agency workers
  • Conduct show rounds to guests and potential new clients
  • Ensure bookings exceed guest expectations when opportunities arise
  • Assist in the management of business bookings
