What you'll be doing
As our Casual Guest Relations Assistant, you'll master the art of versatility and inject energy into every interaction. Your main responsibilities include:
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests and cross-check corporate VIP guest car park discounts
- Attend to special guests and VIPs, answering their enquiries
- Prepare welcome folders with collateral materials
- Provide information about amenities, local area and venues, promoting regional services
- Anticipate guest needs and act accordingly
- Assist guests with travel arrangements and message taking
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager when needed
- Record daily information in the logbook
- Ensure compliance logging in Opera/Tracker systems
- Provide lobby hosting services
