We now have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Central Reservations Manager to join our Reservations Department. As an Assistant Central Reservations Manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To be responsible for the success of the reservations related business throughout our hotels. This encompasses proactively seeking out business for the hotel, converting inquiries into business and ensuring all bookings are executed to the highest standard, and deliver total guest satisfaction.
  • To assist the Regional Revenue Manager to maximise revenue and profit through proactive methods such as rate reviewing, updating rates, managing restrictions, to ensure the strategy is in place.
  • Supporting the central reservations team has the skills and knowledge to perform their job roles to the best of their ability and provide relevant training when required.
  • To support in handling and converting enquiries into business.
  • Check group bookings quotes and contract signing.
  • Support in processing Pace reports to measure the rate business coming into the hotels to aid forecasting and future planning (B.O.B Reports).
  • Assist the Regional Revenue Manager in forecasting/budgeting and proactive strategy planning.
  • Ensure attention to detail in order to rectify problems before they compromise the level of service and guest experience.
  • Support with compiling rotas.
  • Completing rate and system audits.
  • Assist with rate loading and system builds.
