Responsibilities
- Manage job postings, screen CVs, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate communications.
- Partner with hiring managers across multiple airports to understand hiring needs and deliver timely recruitment solutions.
- Provide clear, supportive communication throughout the recruitment journey to ensure a positive experience.
- Travel regularly between Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford Airports and Runcorn to support recruitment activities.
- Represent Swissport at job fairs, interviews, and recruitment events.
- Keep recruitment records accurate and up-to-date using applicant tracking systems.
- Ensure hiring practices align with employment law and Swissport policies. Support onboarding with right-to-work checks and induction coordination.
Qualifications
- Background in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles—aviation or logistics sector experience is a plus.
- Proactive, growth-oriented, and ready to take initiative.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle—travel is essential.
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Detail-driven and capable of juggling multiple recruitment processes.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
