Job Summary The Product Owner is responsible for promoting and driving utilisation across the Digital Workplace product set, ensuring optimal adoption and engagement throughout the organisation. This role will focus on communication, training, and feature enablement to maximise the benefits of digital workplace technologies, streamline operations, and improve employee engagement. Job Responsibilities Product Ownership: Act as the primary product owner for the Digital Workplace suite of tools and applications. Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with organisational goals and user needs. Utilisation and Adoption: Develop and implement strategies to increase adoption and utilisation of Digital Workplace tools across the organisation. Manage licences for all digital workplace tools, ensuring optimal allocation and utilisation. Monitor usage metrics and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and potential new features. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into product requirements. Communication: Create and execute a comprehensive communication plan to promote Digital Workplace tools and their benefits. Develop clear, engaging content to inform users about new features, updates, and best practices. Liaise with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organisational goals. Training and Education: Develop user guides, tutorials, and other educational materials to support self-service learning. Organise and conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user proficiency. Feature Enablement: Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of new features. Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback to refine and improve features before full rollout. Develop and implement feature adoption strategies to maximise the impact of new capabilities. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation. Regularly engage with users to gather insights, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. Provide executive support for Digital Workplace platforms working with the support team’s 1st/2nd/3rd line to ensure customers are provided with the best experience. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital workplace technologies. Regularly assess the effectiveness of the Digital Workplace product set and recommend improvements. Qualifications and Competencies Core skills & competencies Ability to communicate with impact and engage effectively with senior stakeholders on the program. Written skills are required to put complex and high-profile projects, issues and risks to senior stakeholders identified above. Strong decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting interests and get things achieved. Expertise & knowledge Proven experience in product ownership, preferably in a digital workplace or enterprise software context. Strong understanding of digital workplace technologies and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience in change management and driving technology adoption. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
