Job Title: Cargo Facility Cleaner

Hours: 22.5hrs per week – 4 days on 4 days off shift work
Salary: 12.63 per hour
Job Summary
To provide an efficient professional cleaning service as per Health & Safety requirements. Abide by relevant airport policies and company policies and procedures. Health and Safety Policies, Ramp Awareness and Operational Excellence will play a key part in this role. Project a smart able attitude to our customers through thorough work practices and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out delegated cleaning tasks to a high standard using approved cleaning materials and equipment.
- Clean offices and associated work locations.
- Report any visible facility faults to your supervisor/duty manager.
- Report any health and safety matters that give you concern to your supervisor/duty manager.
- Prepare stores prior/between/after cleaning, keeping track of cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as needed. Units must be kept to the standard our customers expect.
- Carry out any other duties connected to our contracts to ensure customers receive a high‑class product.
- Follow health and safety regulations, using cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Comply with company policies and procedures ensuring they are always adhered to.
- Undertake occasional deep cleaning tasks, including window cleaning and carpet cleaning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Essential:
- Proven experience gained in either Cleaning, Aviation, Ground Handling or similar industry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
- Must be able to obtain and retain a Full Airside Pass.
Desirable:
- Good time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
