Swissport is recruiting for an Airside Ramp Services Team Leader.

As an Airside Team Leader, you will play a vital role in airport operations, motivating staff, maintaining relationships with customers and authorities, and ensuring excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and allocate tasks, report absences and overtime.
- Plan and deploy resources to meet operational requirements.
- Manage employee performance and workplace standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
- Maintain manuals and documentation.
- Build relationships with customers and airport authorities.
- Facilitate clear communication through staff briefings and reports.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and policies.
- Maximize operational efficiency for inbound and outbound flights.
- Resolve conflicts and irregularities.
- Maintain equipment and materials.
- Contribute to emergency plans.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Flexible working hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English language proficiency.
- Ability to travel to the airport when needed.
- Ability to follow procedures and adapt flexibly.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 32kg.
